“I’m very happy, my life has hope again”
Maria Ramírez
These were the words of 62 year old María Ramirez, who entered with a terminal Dilated Cardiophaty to the Vernaza Hospital, and who has recovered favorable in less than a week after receiving an implant for her disease.
The problem with my health began three years ago, and day by day I felt that my life was extinguishing. I begged so much to God to give me a miracle of life, and that’s what he did. If we really have faith He goes beyond our expectations.

She said that because of her bad health condition a group of doctors at Luis Vernazas’ Hospital decided to implant a Cardio fibrillation with a Synchronizer, which is a device that would allow her a better ventricular contraction to feel better.

I know that from now on, I can have a better quality of life. My appreciation to the Junta de Beneficencia of Guayaquil and to the Rotary Club which donated the device; I‘m also grateful to the doctors because of this incredible hope they gave to my life.
