Junta de Beneficencia de Guayaquil

"I know now that I have a new opportunity to live”
Testimonio These are the words of 67 years old Rosa Villacís, who had implanted a cardio fibrillation three months ago, in Luis Vernaza’s Hospital, because she suffered of ventricular tachycardia and a severe arrhythmia that ended in a severe homodynamic deterioration and syncope.
I never felt anything, reason why I didn’t go to the Hospital, but suddenly I began to suffocate. I only remember entering the Hospital with a strong arrhythmia, and they gave me an electroshock and morphine to soothe the pain.

She said she felt good after the operation and took up again her daily activities. “When I felt bad I thought I wasn’t going to live much more and now I feel great and have forever gratitude for the doctors, the Junta de Beneficencia and everybody who participated in this precious work.
