Bien Público Home

On March 16, 1921 the Junta received an inheritance from Calixto Romero, who left money to build a building for the poor.

It is called “Bien Público,” and includes the Santa Luisa de Marillac School and the “Medalla Milagrosa” workshop, also sponsored by the Junta de Beneficencia de Guayaquil.

It is home to 40 elderly women and has a total of 130 beds.
