Our board comprises 42 volunteer members The Board of Trustees comprises 39 volunteers chosen by election and three appointed by public entities in Guayaquil. In addition to having overall charge of a large group of workers and service providers, the Trustees also oversee the work of Junta de Beneficencia de Guayaquil and are responsible for establishing the general organizational strategy and upholding its values. OUR CORE VALUE Active participation Our members volunteer daily, overseeing operations and ensuring that high standards are met in all the establishments, services and administrative areas. Infused with an esprit de corps, each Board Member acts selflessly and responsibly, while exercising good judgment. All members commit to work with integrity, an essential characteristic of all Board affairs.
